Why credits
AI work costs different amounts. A quick answer is cheap, a forecast less so, an image different again. Instead of a price per feature, every plan includes a monthly pool of credits that the whole team shares.
What a credit buys
A data answer uses about 10 credits; a standard product image about 2. Each person’s plan adds to the pool: Free 50 credits a month, Lite 300, Plus 1,200 and Ultra from 3,000 to 85,000. A team of ten on Plus shares 12,000 credits.
Credits are shared by the whole team, and you decide how much each person can use.
Free extras come first
Paid plans also include a monthly allowance of product images, and Plus and Ultra add meeting summaries. Extras are used before credits and do not roll over.

Admins stay in control
In Admin, owners see the credits used this period by feature and by person. They can set a monthly cap per person; when someone needs more, they ask and an admin approves. Nobody is surprised at the end of the month.
